1. Return Window
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
- After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of the Gemstone
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The gemstone must be in its original, loose state.
- We cannot accept returns for stones that have been set into jewelry, recut, or altered in any way.
- The stone must show no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
- Original Documentation: Any laboratory certificates (GIA, GRS, Lotus, etc.) that accompanied the stone must be returned in their original condition. A fee may apply for lost or damaged certificates.
3. Return Process

- Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
- Shipping: For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service (such as FedEx or DHL).
4. Shipping Costs
- Buyer’s Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
